Account Director – Performance Media

An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Account Director to lead client accounts and drive multi-channel customer goals.

You’ll take lead on the strategy as well as client service, account management, all offline implementation and optimisation for your accounts.

Working across both traditional and digital media, this agency is looking for a creative and strategic thinker looking for a senior role with awesome growth and development opportunities. Key responsibilities include:

Client management across the entire account structure.

Translating Open solutions and client implementation briefs into comprehensive implementation strategy recommendations which maximise return on investment.

Understanding what Touchpoint’s have the greatest influence on a brands relationship with consumers and how they can amplify the brand idea for ongoing participation.

Define key metrics for success for measuring and evaluating campaign performance creating a framework for ongoing investment decision making.

Operational and financial management of the client relationship, showing leadership across the entire operating structure.

Identifying and building plans to enhance the agency planning product and grow revenue through specialist services and research initiatives.

Participate in new business initiatives and building the agencies reputation externally in line with their positioning, beliefs and values.
