Australia’s leading shopper marketing and experiential agency are looking for their next leader to manage a key client for the business.

Working closely with the senior leadership team and managing and mentoring a small team of enthusiastic marketing experts, this is your time to shine!

Your key client is a well known beverage giant that you will help to deliver a range of engaging TTL national shopper marketing and creatively-led campaigns.

The role:

– Working closely with the senior leadership team
– Fast paced, exciting, never a dull moment, creative, working with a BIG client
– Shopper marketing focused (80%), live activations & digital (20%)
– Integrated path to purchase campaigns
– Integrated marketing campaigns working with ATL agencies
– Leading and developing a successful team
– Working with the leadership team on pitching and creating work in partnership with your clients
– Working in conjunction with the Head of Activation to build organic, new business plans and long term commercial success
– You will oversee and execute the collation and tracking of inter-department agency budgets, working with divisions to ensure the best value is delivered to clients, as well as managing agency targets and procedures


– You describe yourself as self-driven, positive and committed to achieving results
– You are proactive, approachable and strategic
– 8-10+ years experience in a similar role (shopper preferred)
– Experienced with FMCG, retail, beverage brands is ideal
– You have managed and mentored junior staff members in a previous role
– Strong background in experiential or marketing
– Thorough knowledge of content development and print production processes is ideal
– Excellent project management skills
– Highly skilled in pitching and presenting
– Excellent stakeholder engagement and management skills
