Account Director/ Senior Account Director

Our client, a flourishing independent creative agency in Sydney, is on the hunt for an experienced AD/SAD to join the team and take the lead on a juicy new business win.

Reporting to the Executive Director and supported by an Account Manager, you will be responsible for bedding-down an exciting large scale FMCG client. You’ll join a talented team with an impressive leadership group working primarily on ATL creative, but with fully integrated responsibility across Social, Content, Digital and real-world activations. You will be responsible for guiding your account strategically, for establishing lasting relationships with your clients and internal agency teams, and for buttoned-down project management to ensure exceptional creative output. A key aspect of this role will be strong financial management across projects, ensuring that growth opportunities for the agency are spotted and utilised.

You may be an Account Director ready to make the jump to Senior Account Director, or a newly established SAD, with 5 – 6 years’ Agency experience under your belt. You’ll be experienced working across integrated campaigns with a solid understanding of the FMCG category. You are passionate about creativity, confident strategically and know what it takes to guide a team to deliver projects successfully.
