Account Executive

We are now looking for an Account Executive in the Sydney sales team.

Job Summary:

The Account Executive is primarily responsible for the operational management of key client accounts, carried out in support of the B2C sales team’s central objective of revenue growth from our suite of marketing products. The Account Executive will assist in the development of proposals with the Account Director/Senior Account Manager/Account Manager and assist in product development opportunities. The Account Executive will manage all post-sale client liaison; most importantly the successful execution of client campaigns and post-campaign reporting. Success in this position will largely be defined by the B2C sales team’s quarterly and annual revenue income.

Working Relationships

Establish and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders including but not limited to Sales, Ad Operations, Tech, Editorial, Marketing, and Product teams
Maintain outstanding working relationships with clients and/or their agency partners

This is what we’re looking for:

Tertiary qualifications in business/commerce/marketing/media preferred
2-3 years of account service, sales experience, or campaign management – Online/direct marketing experience preferred
Some Experience of ad serving technologies (such as DFP/DFA/Atlas/Open X, 24/7) as well as experience with Content Management Systems preferred
Familiarity with mobile, video advertising and behavioral targeting is a plus
Knowledge of Rich Media, Video Encoding, HTML, Photoshop is a big bonus!
Excellent knowledge of web page composition and analytics
Interest in online media/direct marketing and the digital marketing landscape
Ability to assume ownership of projects through to completion
Ability to multitask, stay focused and prioritise within a fast-paced, results-driven environment
Extreme attention to detail and the desire to go above and beyond the call of duty
Great time management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects without getting flustered
Ability to quickly grasp new concepts and procedures
Creative thinking and a passion for implementing new ideas for commercial success
Ability to communicate efficiently internally and externally
Strong computer skills across Microsoft Office suite and a CRM system
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
After hours support may be required
