Account Executive: Online Agency

My client is a fabulous boutique agency who produce cutting-edge e-leaning solutions for their clients via digital online training (and learning) programmes. This agency has an impressive list of blue-chip clients for whom they produce highly engaging, visually superior effective online training programmes. They are looking for a dynamic Account Executive with excellent communication skills to assist with client service and production of the digital “learning programmes”.

This is an exciting opportunity for an agency suit to get involved with every aspect of the creative process from content writing, production of videos, sourcing and casting talent, research, liaising with clients and making sure all projects are on time and budget. No two days will be the same. You will need to have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, a can-do attitude and be highly motivated. With exceptional attention to detail you’ll be able to be calm under pressure. You’ll need to love working collaboratively and be a great team player. You’ll be mentored by a fantastic team of professionals who will rely on you for your all-round support, and friendly positive can-do attitude. Responsibilities
• Assisting the Account Director with briefs, project management, research, and production of digital (video) content
• Sourcing and researching information to compile relevant and insightful briefs and information
• Overseeing project timelines, managing deadlines and managing clients’ expectations
• Client liaison to ensure approval of concepts, estimates and all production costs and recommendations.
• Proposal writing and budgeting, project management, attending meetings and writing follow up correspondence

Secondary responsibilities
• Content development: Structuring content, copy writing, copy editing and proof reading
• Video and audio production assistance including casting, location scouting, talent co-ordination, budgeting, sourcing crew, line production etc.
• QA, testing and production assistance as required

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communication or education.
Minimum 1-2 years relevant experience.
Full rights to work in Australia.
