Account Manager

You’ll be joining as part of a tight-knit team of one of the agency’s leading and longest accounts, a large automotive brand. The role is focused on CRM, and you’ll be working across online and offline customer communication campaigns. Using the latest Martech tools, you’ll develop and execute eDMs, SMS, traditional Direct Mail and other Digital campaigns. You’ll take client briefs, develop creative briefs, traffic work through the agency and with the client, and ensure that all work is delivered on time and on budget.

You should have at least two years’ experience in CRM, and exposure to all aspects of managing campaigns. Ideally you will have worked in an agency environment previously however this is not essential. Most importantly you’ll need a strong eye for detail, great organisational skills and a passion for data-driven marketing.
