AdTech Partnership Manager

WINR Corporation (WINR) is a PubTech (publisher technology) provider with a proprietary Advertising-Funded Paywall solution (AdGate™), developed to overcome the problem of diminished consumer engagement with the traditional online advertising proposition. It has proven global application as well as market-based evidence which is being leveraged for global scaling.

We are looking for a Partnership Manager who is motivated to develop, maintain and optimise a portfolio of digital publishers and advertisers. You will be comfortable working in the fast-paced, pressurised start-up environment and be looking to be part of growing something where you will be truly proud of your involvement. Ideally, you will have experience of dealing with publishers who wish to commercialise editorial content and liaised with advertisers looking to leverage those opportunities.

Working with the Founders, your responsibilities will include managing the day-to-day activities involved with publisher/client. You will work closely with the Sales Team, AdOps and Founders to ensure success for both the publishers and advertiser.

You’ll be working in a dynamic team environment :

* Recruiting new publishers and advertisers through research, referrals and other avenues

* Monitoring publisher activity, analyzing performance, identifying areas of improvement, and recommending ways to increase yield

* Maintaining high level of communication with publishers and advertisers, recommending new campaigns and providing performance feedback to advertiser team

* Supplying creative packages, links and reporting to publishers and advertisers as needed

* Proactively monitoring traffic sources on all campaigns ensuring quality and scalability

* Set-up and management for monthly, quarterly and annual goals for revenue growth

* Representing WINR at industry conferences. Meeting existing clients and recruiting new partners at industry events

* Collaborate with other team members and stake holders

What you offer:

* You are committed to a high standard of integrity and work ethic

* Minimum 3 years Sales & Partnership experience (Publisher or AdTech experience is preferable)

* Proficient understanding of understanding all online promotion channels, including Search, Display and Social

* Ability to effectively manage and build client relationships

* Self-starter mindset and work well within a team environment

* Serious attention to detail

* Ability to effectively prioritize tasks and manage time your time to adhere to strict deadlines within a fast-paced environment
