B2B Enterprise Marketing Manager

As B2B Enterprise Marketing Manager, you would be responsible for working closely with their internal sales and marketing teams – both local and global (partnership, content, SEO, Paid, PR & Comms, digital) to deliver a strong pipeline of new business through the devising, planning and execution of targeted B2B Marketing and demand generation strategies across a range of integrated channels – including email / EDM, events, sponsorship, lead generation, database marketing, whitepapers, marketing automation, Account based marketing (ABM), case studies, content strategy etc.

You would be responsible for mapping out the strategy and identify a pillar approach to understanding what’s working, who are the key stakeholders within their key client verticals which include retail, hospitality, food service, construction, education to name a few, where customers are falling off, what channels work, what don’t, and draw out a strategy for quick wins and low hanging fruit to drive qualified sales leads and opportunities to the sales team.

This will be a continual learning curve as they scale out and launch new products and features to the market, which is really exciting.

They are looking for someone who has experience working in a hyper growth software, cloud or computer software company who has an entrepreneurial mindset, is very adaptable who isn’t afraid to get their hands dirty as well as being overarching strategic in their approach.

As the leader in this space you will designing, communicating, monitoring and continually improving cross-channel integrated marketing campaigns, and then ultimately building out a team. You will be the thought leader in this space and the face of the business at key events (with potential speaking opportunities – if that’s a route you wanted to take to accelerate your career.)

WHAT YOU’LL DO
• Develop and deliver a yearly / quarterly commercial strategies to fuel continued growth in the mid-market / Enterprise space across Australia.
• Collaborate with the Sales and Growth marketing teams to create campaigns that create brand awareness, engage prospects, and generate a sustainable pipeline of new business.
• Develop, project manage and execute integrated marketing campaigns from campaign conception through to creative development and fulfilment.
• Work with internal teams, as well as their marketing automation, to ensure flawless campaign execution.
• Provide direction to the product marketing teams to ensure all needed B2B collateral and support materials are produced for the sales teams and in conjunction with joint enterprise B2B marketing efforts.

WHO YOU WILL BE?
• 5-10 years marketing experience in high tech, B2B, Computer software or IaaS/SaaS/Cloud technology and products
• Experience marketing to mid-market and Enterprise level B2B customers. Marketing to Retail, Healthcare or Hospitality industries would be an advantage.
• Experience as a marketing manager, senior marketing manager, B2B Enterprise SaaS marketing, lifecycle marketing, demand generation marketing etc.
• Strong B2B copywriting skills for emails, guides, whitepapers, and website content.
• A successful track record of creating and implementing marketing campaigns that deliver measurable results and ROI.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce and Hubspot (or equivalent Marketing Automation / CRM tools like market, Eloqua etc), and comfortable using these on a day-to-day basis, including using the system for email creation, campaign setup, list / lead importing, creating reports, etc.
• Strong analytical approach and capability
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, specifically in Excel.
