As the Campaign Manager, you’ll be responsible for shaping and amplifying the Moula brand voice. You’ll drive the execution of end-to-end creative campaigns for the brand on digital, social, and above-the-line channels. Turning ideas into production will be a big part of your role, and you’ll help our brand stand out like a purple cow.

The Campaign Manager will build a strategic campaign and content calendar, creating content and messaging which will engage our audiences. This role is an exciting opportunity to make a big impact on building the Moula brand as a trusted brand across different media channels.

*Key responsibilities:*
– Develop a strategic campaign calendar for the year and plan relevant content accordingly
– Work with the Head of Brand and Communications to strategize around campaign planning and messaging
– End-to-end campaign management, from creative ideation and collaboration, through to production of final assets
– Thoughtful development of creative to ensure the right message and execution for each medium
– Build creative campaigns which create meaningful engagements at each level of the funnel: from broader brand awareness to conversion
– Test and learn: work with the Performance Marketing team to measure impact of campaigns, and feed insights to inform subsequent campaigns
– Hands-on execution of email and content marketing strategy on EDM and social media channels
– Create content for emails, direct mailers, social media posts, website copy, digital ads, radio ads, and video scripts.
– Work closely with videographer/editor, designer, SEO copywriter, and performance marketing team, as well as contractors and talent where relevant
– Brief and coordinate with members of other teams where relevant to ensure all campaign deliverables are executed.
– Set deadlines, create and assign tasks within the project management system, and follow up to ensure that all are achieved on time.
– Review and provide feedback on design assets, video assets.
– Engage with relevant stakeholders at each round for feedback (as set at the start of each project/campaign)
– Liaise with external production contractors where relevant (writing briefs, researching talent, comparing quotes, coordinating production).
– Collaborate with sales teams to develop small-scale hyper-targeted campaigns to support outbound sales activity
– Engage the social media community on LinkedIn, Facebook and Instagram with witty helpfulness

*What you’ll need to succeed in the role:*
– 4+ years in a marketing role, with strong focus on copywriting and creative messaging
– Experience in planning, briefing, and managing multi-channel campaigns, and the ability to develop structured campaign plans for specific target markets.
– Experience managing end-to-end campaigns on BTL and ATL channels
– Ability to deliver high quality work, in a dynamic organisation, with fast turnaround times.
– Exceptional writing skills and a love of creating ad copy which cuts through noise
– A love of collaboration and thorough feedback cycles
– Hands-on email marketing and content marketing experience
– A creative mind, with the ability to challenge, question, and test
– Project management skills
– Love working in a team
– Keen to always be learning
