We currently have an exciting role available for a Client Strategy Manager to join Brisbane team. The primary function of the Client Strategy Manager is to work in partnership with the Brisbane Agency Sales team & sales teams nationally to deliver insightful, high quality solutions for both reactive and proactive responses.

The successful candidate will also work closely with Account Directors and Account Managers to build ARN’s reputation in market as a creative and progressive business through tailored presentations and develop and maintain strong relationships with strategic counterparts as well as client leads in agencies.

Key Responsibilities include but aren’t limited to…
• Management of strategic solutions in validating opportunities, critically analysing briefs, and providing strategic support to commercial team members to strengthen responses to braief.
• Development of strategic insights to inform internal ideation sessions and sharing in leading the process of ideation (with Integration Managers)
• Working in partnership with Sales when required to present the response – adding strategic value to the conversation in the room.
• Reputation Building – establishing strong relationships with strategy, content and creative team members externally to cement ARN’s reputation as an insightful, thought leading, creative and progressive business.
• Sales Enablement – supporting the Commercial Strategy team to maintain a market-ready library of sponsorship opportunities, intelligence packs and product guides

The successful candidate will have:
• Minimum 5 years’ media experience
• Experience in Strategy / Planning
• The ability to tell stories using data and research
• A passion for cultural trends, and curious approach to consumer behaviour, research and analysis
• An understanding of research tools and resources (eRam, CMV, Roy Morgan etc)
• A personable approach to relationships and a knack for building chemistry in a corporate setting
• A broad understanding of the media & communications market
• Audio experience a benefit but not a mandatory
