The Opportunity
Finni is an exciting new careers platform for Australia’s finance industry (https://www.finni.com.au/) which will quickly become the authoritative source of news, insights, advice and jobs for people considering a career in finance at any stage of their working lives.

As Content Manager you will become the voice of Finni, creating and curating compelling and useful content that directly impacts the career choices and future professional success of its community of readers.

The Role
As Content Manager your ultimate goal is to ensure Finni delivers exceptional, informative and engaging content each day to better inform our target audience. You will;
– Lead content and audience growth strategies
– Write and source website content daily
– Produce weekly email newsletter
– Manage social channels
– Establish effective content production/distribution processes
– Monitor and react to website traffic and engagement indicators
– Provide content and support for social and PPC campaigns
– Attend industry events to promote the brand, network and source fresh content
– Meet and engage with clients, assisting them in creating engaging content

The Candidate
In this role it’s your real-life content production experience, writing capability and attitude which are key. You will have 4+ years’ experience in this type of role and bring with you the following capabilities;
– Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
– Effective time and priority management
– Understands the target market of the brand/publication
– Experience with using content management systems
– Basic image editing skills
– Basic HTML/CSS skills
– Understanding of SEO and Google Analytics
– Sub-editing and proofreading of any content produced
– Works effectively within a cross disciplinary team
– The potential to develop into a leadership position.
