This rare and exciting role would be a great for a self-motivated CRM Manager who is passionate about analytics and dedicated to delivering and improving a client’s customer value. 
CRM Manager you will be responsible for
Manage, develop and deliver a Segmented Customer Journey Map, identifying opportunities targeting specific members to maximize sales and profit as well as encourage database growth, customer retention and customer loyalty
Ensure the database is segmented effectively for targeted marketing activities.
Manage, develop and deliver appropriate reporting to track results, provide analysis and recommendations
Analyse data and customer activity maximising commercial opportunities and highlight key areas for review, analysis and improvements
Drive segmentation process via analytics to deliver key insights and ongoing improving effectiveness of communication programs                                                                                                                                                             
You will need:
Strong background in customer acquisition, re-engagement and retention strategies.
You must be able to analyse data, understand customer behaviour, manage multiple projects and bring a creative tone to your email marketing.
