Based out of awesome, brand new CBD offices they are looking for a CRM Manager to join their highly successful and passionate team helping to scale the business as they continue to grow across ANZ.

CRM Manager you will be responsible for:

· Planning and delivering CRM strategies across the company, encouraging customer retention and loyalty
· Manage email development through the creative process, collaborating with designers capturing feedback from stakeholders while adhering to strict deadlines
· Own partner lifecycle and triggered communication engagement strategies, executing through data-driven analytics, campaigns and digital marketing programs.
· You’ll be a key stakeholder between Australia and New Zealand working together to achieve common goals.

You will need:
· Previous analytics and data-driven CRM experience
· The ability to motivate and aspire through storytelling
· Experience working with internal and external teams.
