Desktop Support Engineer

1.Previous experience in a similar role troubleshooting desktop/laptop calls, networks and printers.
2.Hands on experience on remote management tools, SCCM.
3.level 2 capability in Operating Systems (Win7/Win10), MS outlook/Antivirus troubleshooting and Bit locker/PGP encryption standards.
4.Sound knowledge in MS office 2010, O365 troubleshooting.
5.Excellent knowledge on Microsoft product support [e.g. Windows 7, Windows 10, MS Teams, OneDrive, Visio,].
6.Knowledge in Networking and applications support (WI-FI, VPN).
7.The ability to troubleshoot problems independently, provide resolutions and prepare SOP’s.
