*** About the Role ***

Reporting to the General Manager, you’ll be managing the growth of key client accounts, ensuring the delivery of strategic and innovative digital solutions. You will work with some of Australia’s leading brands on a variety of digital projects including enterprise website platforms, mobile apps, interactive campaigns, strategic projects and more.

*** About You ***

You are fanatical about client management and stakeholder engagement across enterprise digital web & mobile app projects. You know what it takes to retain and grow your clients. Collaborating across all functions of the agency, you will be responsible for developing, launching and optimising innovative projects and strategic thinking for some of Australia’s most well-known brands. You will be a digital-native who has a passion for turning behavioural insights into big, bold ideas.

– 4+ Years as a Senior Account Manager or Account Director in a digital agency
– Ability to develop deep insights from analytics and historical data
– Incredible problem solving skills and attention to detail
– Excellent understanding of digital media strategy, web-based technologies & tools and their commercial application is a must
