Digital Account Manager

This role will see you responsible for the delivery of specific projects and act as the main point of contact for selected clients within the business.

You will be working for an agency that genuinely believes in making a difference for its clients, focusing on the Not For Profit sectors and emphasizing their ability to client service.

The role
You will be responsible for managing a range of projects, developing integrated strategies, overseeing the implementation of multi-channel campaigns, reporting on results and building awesome client relationships.
Client management is a key aspect of your day to day, ensuring that all expectations are met.
Identify and minimise project risks such as scope creep, changes and delays.
Ensure a projects are managed on time and on budget.
Conduct regular research and analysis into sector trends and innovations.
Contribute to the enhancement of the skills and knowledge of the business.
Update and manage business development pipeline when required.
Deliver project documentation including reports, project briefs, WIP documents and website specifications.
Conduct post evaluations of projects to ensure inefficiencies are identified and addressed.
You will bring
The ideal candidate would have 4+ years’ experience in account management or project management, strong digital marketing acumen, and some experience or interest in charity fundraising.
Ability to produce and clearly articulate project briefs
Good presentation, negotiation and influencing skills
Strong written communication skills as the role will require content development for email marketing, social media and campaign briefs
High organisation
Strong attention to detail
Accountability and responsibility for project delivery
Exception Project Management skills.
