Digital Business Analyst

Opportunity to join an ASX listed, category-leading retailer rapidly evolving their omnichannel offering.

This newly created role will support the execution of key customer initiatives that provide a seamless and easy omnichannel customer experience. Responsible for the continuous improvement program of work on the current website. Releases every 3 weeks with an average of 6-8 new customer initiatives within each, ensuring high-quality outcomes through the end to end execution of customer-facing initiatives.

What will you be doing?

Participate in customer journey design sessions

Create, analyze, and validate high-level business requirements that support the desired customer journey

Create user stories and associated acceptance criteria for those stories

Liaise with IT and third-party vendors to ensure requirements are understood and solution design meets requirements

Develop test plans in conjunction with IT test analysts who will ensure that initiatives are technically robust

Plan and execute end to end-user acceptance testing to ensure that initiatives are ready to be released to our customers

Support content gathering/CMS preparation for go-live

What are we looking for?

Experience in a similar capacity within an e-commerce environment (ideally retail)

Customer-focused; you have created user stories, designed journey’s and relentlessly advocate for good design

User-acceptance testing; you have planned and executed end to end UAT

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who likes ownership and broad responsibilities, as this role includes omnichannel initiatives plus growing the loyalty program.

Salary: 90-110k + super / Location: Eastern suburbs / Flexible working: Yes
