Digital Designer – global role

The Opportunity

EdApp is truly a large scale global platform, with around 50,000 lessons being completed on our platform every day across the world, our goal is to reach 1 million monthly active users in the next three years. EdApp was traditionally built to be an Enterprise platform, however since launching our freemium model last year we have exploded in the small-medium business market, and have a growing deskless worker user base.

As a marketing designer you will play a critical role in developing and executing on our visual identity. In fact – you are our digital identity! From conceptualising and improving our look and feel through to producing assets that are mind blowing, you’ll be pushing the boundaries on what we do next.

You will:

– Take ownership of our visual branding strategy and continue to develop and modernise it to reflect changing trends.
– Create and own a scalable website design system that can be easily executed across the marketing team.
– Develop and manage visual assets for marketing campaigns to be distributed across a range of digital channels.
– Work closely with the product design team to develop a standardised approach to design that can be applied across the entire business.
– Support other teams across the business as design needs arise including events, communications and recruitment.

Who you are:
– Incredibly passionate about all things design. You know when every major brand updates their logo and have a strong opinion about it.
– Always thinking about user experience and won’t stop until you know a design solution is appealing and intuitive for our customers
– A collaborator and enjoy working through problems in a team setting and ensuring that diverse opinions are respected.
– Can take ideas and concepts and translate them into designs quickly, making adjustments on the fly.
– Proficient in a range of technologies such as InDesign, Illustrator, Sketch, Figma with wireframing and prototyping technologies an added bonus.

Bonus Points If
– You have experience working in B2B SaaS
– You have previous experience working for one or more large-scale mobile or web products that have international scale and are supported by a user generated content model.
