Remuneration: Dependent on experience and skills.

Experience/Skills

Above all, an enthusiastic, can-do attitude, willing and eager to learn.
Certified and experienced in using HubSpot software (Marketing, CRM, Sales and Service)
A degree, ideally in Marketing or Business/Commerce
Excellent attention to detail
Ability to juggle multiple tasks simultaneously
Excellent communications skills – very strong English written and verbal skills
are a priority and essential.
An ability to work effectively individually and in a team dynamic
Bonus points if you are a HubSpot user. Either in an agency or for an organisation that uses HubSpot.

The Role
As a Digital Consultant you will be responsible for becoming a power user of the automation tool we use; HubSpot; to set up and run our client’s marketing, sales and service functions. This is a hybrid role that will provide you with really well-rounded experience across many facets of digital sales, marketing and customer service in the B2B arena.

Key Tasks
Become a HubSpot power user, master its capabilities and functionality
Set up and maintain campaigns in HubSpot
Set up marketing automation workflows and sales sequences
Make website edits in HubSpot e.g. create CTAs, Landing pages, forms,
blogs etc
Run reports on campaign performance
Define and configure CRM fields, lists, customer segments and life cycle stages in
HubSpot
A/B testing across campaigns/ elements and customer databases
SEO – keyword research, reporting and improving SEO rankings for
clients
Experience and or understanding of PPC- Adwords and paid social a real
advantage
