Digital Media – Sales Support

This Sales Support role is with a global company that is firmly established as one of the most important players in the Technology media market.

What You Will Do?

The role provides a solid grounding in the methods and practices of Marketing Communications.

Working on the Marketing campaigns of our customers, providing insight into technology, marketing and publishing best practices.

You will be expected to manage customer marketing revenue programs professionally and successfully from availability checking to final reporting, including data analysis, fulfilment and campaign reporting.

In addition, you will work in collaboration with members of the sales teams (locally and remotely) to support the sales cycle and deliver revenues from our digital, services and data campaigns.

Who Are You?

You will be highly motivated with an excellent customer service focus. One who has excellent communication skills, the ability to manage complex campaigns with many moving parts and can work as part of a team.

Your Responsibilities?

As a key contributor to the sales team, core responsibilities of this role include:

• Supporting international digital and data sales efforts by providing outstanding customer service to advertisers & agencies
• Build relationships with international stakeholders and understanding of the marketing landscape.
• Maintaining sales/client files and databases
• Conducting analyses on competition
• Managing sales projects; Campaign Management
• Assist with presentation and sales contract development
• Provide support on program cycle from sign off through to campaign completion
• Administrative support on month-end process as a link between commercial and finance teams

Salary Package – c$60-70k salary + super
