Digital Performance Manager

Using the latest Analytics and measurement tools, you’ll provide insights and recommendations around optimising the Digital spend for clients. The role covers programmatic, display search and social channels and requires a deep understanding of the Digital media landscape. You’ll develop Digital media strategies for ongoing clients and for pitches, together with data predictions, benchmarks and targets for specific campaigns. You’ll help define measurement strategies and advise on KPI’s for campaigns, and present findings and analysis for client reporting. As part of a small Media team, you’ll be the go-to person and also share your specialist knowledge with the broader agency.

Your background should include at least two years in an agency environment, working with tools such as Google Analytics, Adwords and Display Ads, DCM, Facebook Analytics and Ads. You’ll need to be comfortable working directly with clients, vendors and internal teams, and be a confident and sharp presenter. You should adore the science of digital media and have a curious, intellectual approach.
