We are looking for a talented and driven Digital Performance Manager to join our all-star team and grow with us. This Digital Performance Manager is directly responsible for ensuring all campaigns are delivered on time, on budget and at the highest performance possible, with ROI at the forefront of everything we do.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING DAY-TO-DAY:
– Account Management: go to person for client communication on your accounts.
– Digital Strategy: “Customer Acquisition Guru” offering on-the-spot solutions and opportunities in conjunction with clients’ goals and pain points.
– Project management: overseeing a team of Marketing specialists to deliver campaigns (Paid Search and Social Media) and managing resources, deliverables and deadlines.
– Analysis of web and campaign analytics to uncover key learnings and insights
– Construct actionable performance recommendations
– Maintaining and forecasting of monthly budgets
– Reviewing reports and analysis with clients
– Keeping abreast of industry best practice, strategies, legislation and standards related to online marketing, analytics and eCommerce
– Maximising client retention and growth

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL:
– 2+ years’ experience working in the Digital/ Performance Marketing space
– Proficient knowledge working across multiple channels, including: Paid Search, Paid Social, Mobile and Programmatic
– Strong Account Management and/or Stakeholder Management experience
– Experience in Paid Search (Google Adwords, Bing, etc.)
– Ability to analyse and present diverse sets of campaign data (Google Analytics or other analytics softwares)
– Some experience in eCommerce or other conversion focused verticals (either client or agency side) highly desirable
– Proficient with Mac OS environment and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
– Highly proficient in relationship management, public speaking and excellent presentation skills
– Ability to travel interstate and overseas
– You thrive in fast-paced environments and are ready to succeed
