Digital Projects Co-ordinator

Role Mission

This role’s mission is to help us implement a range of technical and non-technical projects across the organisation that help us grow. This role will span across engineering, marketing and sales activities globally and is all about execution. You will make a direct impact driving initiatives that really help us increase brand awareness, shape our positioning for product launches, and align our customers’ needs with our value proposition.

EdApp is a new mobile learning management system designed for today’s digital habits. With up to 40,000 lessons completed on EdApp everyday, we are in the exciting stages of scaling and establishing ourselves as the go-to platform for learning worldwide. We partner with heads of L&D and senior divisional heads of global organisations to help them deliver more engaging and effective micro-learning – throughout US, Europe and Asia-Pacific.

What does your day to day look like?
This role will have you working directly with our CEO and executive team – being an extra pair of arms to help implement and execute on various projects. Some examples of current pr
Digital / Website optimisation:
Working with our design and engineering teams to implement a set of recommendations and changes required to our website to optimise site traffic
Contacting external organisations, institutions or thought leaders to partner with them for content creation

Other strategic project:

Engaging with external partners to partner on initiatives that help us drive our mission of educating the world – for example, working with the United Nations or the NSW Rural Fire Service to implement initiatives that benefit wider communities.

About you…

– You are a driver. You care about delivery and seeing things through to the end.
– You are diligent and highly reliable. When given a task – you make it your mission to get it done. You take full ownership and responsibility for assigned tasks.
– You are a team player. You use your level of influence in the right way to collaborate and work effectively with a range of people
– You have very strong communication skills – both written and verbal, as you will be required to contact external parties
– You are technically savvy – understanding the basics of Web & HTML and knowledge of product tools such as JIRA is a bit plus.
– You thrive working in a fast-moving company, making an impact, and rapidly developing your skills
