This is a fabulous opportunity for a Digital Senior Account Manager (with around 5 years exp) to join a large independent full-service agency with a great culture. The role
You’ll need to have a proven background in a local digital/advertising agency as a digital Senior Account Manager with strong digital production knowledge. With excellent verbal and written communication skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment on a retail client, you’ll be client facing and ensure that that all the digital campaigns (eDM’s, Display ads) are deployed on time, best quality and on budget. Some knowledge of HMTL is required so that you can champion the quality output of all the jobs are best practice.
You’ll have excellent attention to detail, understanding of the digital project management cycle (from brief inception, scoping, estimation to creative concepts, design, technical build/integration and testing)
Key Responsibilities:
• Ability to build strong relationships with the clients, internal design teams, developers, contribute to WIP’s and brainstorms
• Brief, manager and oversee creative for the client’s digital display advertising
• Traffic work and manage resources across various business units
• Problem solve to ensure that all campaigns are delivered on time
• Oversee the quality of dispatch campaigns ensure that the processes are adhered to during and post-deployment.
• Define scope of digital projects (web, mobile, eDM, social), provide timelines and production estimates
• Champion best-practice digital delivery management processes on all projects.
• Manage creative across key ad serving platforms; being the internal champion for DoubleClick. (This can be learnt)
• Work closely with media and publishers to ensure the timely and accurate delivery of digital campaigns.
