Director – Commercial Marketing

In this role, you will lead the agent, projects and Commercial Real Estate marketing teams, helping the team to define goals, strategies, campaigns, and measures, with the view of attracting, retaining and growing commercial customers and users.

Day to day will see you:

– Work with senior sales and product stakeholders across the business to define our market and customer strategy and manage its execution
– Use insights and research to segment and better understand the needs of your customers, developing new marketing and communication journeys
– Lead, develop and structure your team and resources, building up sales enablement acumen and customer knowledge
– Help drive the development, positioning, and branding of our new agent/data services and products
– Maximise product cross-sell and ensure a proper branding framework is developed
– Partner with our internal (and external) Creative Services teams to build out new communication and marketing platforms/guidelines, campaigns, materials, collateral and sales tools
– Work to establish Domain as a thought leader in marketing across the industry
– Integrate regularly with our Product teams and their roadmaps to identify opportunities to launch, drive adoption and further engage our customers in order to solve their problems
– Work closely with the rest of the specialist marketing teams to ensure a coordinated approach to campaigns, messaging and outcomes
– Align with our sales strategy and priority areas, to help prioritise our resources and deliver the greatest value for our business
– Hold regular reviews of all campaigns and present to senior stakeholders on a quarterly basis

You will have:
– 10 + years marketing experience, a mixture of both consumer & trade preferred
– A strong understanding of media best practice
– Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
– Experience in trade marketing, industry events, and sales enablement
– Proven experience working successfully in a cross-functional management role building strong stakeholder relationships
– Experience developing cross channel marketing campaigns, including goal setting and ROI measurement post campaign
– Experience with brand and marketing effectiveness research and studies to provide value for our customers
– Demonstrated experience in managing various agency relationships
– Managed creative agencies or in-house teams to develop a consumer value proposition and go to market strategy (cross channel creative and messaging frameworks)
– Experience in managing a finance and headcount budget
– Capability to write senior level business documents and/or board papers
