Your key focus will be as senior strategic counsel and to mentor and inspire a large and experienced team of social media & content practitioners with your dynamo attitude and impressive talent.

The role involves running a PNL, running a sizeable team with a national remit, ensuring key accounts are running like clockwork and are happy from a social media/content perspective and doing forecasting, capacity planning etc. This role is ideal for someone well rounded in Social Media with experience in paid social campaigns, a social subject matter expert and a thought leader. This person needs to have a dynamic spirit and be well presented to inspire and lead the team and to wow in pitches. It’s a fast paced agency and quite literally no day is the same so the person needs to be happy and energised and most importantly resilient with a good attitude because there is a lot of senior stakeholder management across the various offices.
o be successful in this role you will be degree qualified with around 12-15 years of agency experience with at least ten years focused on social/digital/content and you will currently be driving the social media offering for your agency so you would be an experienced GAD at the minimum. You will know the Australian media landscape back to front, be well networked and you will also have strong team management and new business expertise. You will be strong strategically and have a creative focus as ideas are welcome in this highly creative agency. Experience working on global consumer brands developing integrated campaign strategies is essential.
