About the role:
We are looking for an eCommerce Merchandiser to join the Living Edge team, based in Alexandria.

This role will work collaboratively with our customer experience, marketing and product teams to improve the digital performance of our website and support campaign activity in order to advance conversion and engagement outcomes.
You will be responsible for the timely maintenance of all aspects of our website, ensuring our brand and products are accurately and well represented at all times.
You will be focused on content development, product enrichment and work with our marketing team to provide detailed analysis of our campaign performance and online metrics.

Our ideal candidate is motivated, passionate about providing a great online experience and wants to work in a dynamic environment. A good understanding of the retail sector and experience working with Commerce Cloud is advantageous.

Role Responsibilities:
• Manage website content delivery across the product portfolio, with a focus on product detail page enrichment
• Optimise product search and category pages while identifying cross & up sell opportunities
• Showcase promotional content onsite in support of brand initiatives and marketing campaigns
• Monitor and report back on the user experience, ensuring ecommerce journeys are positioned to convert.
• Identify and recommend opportunities for usability improvements, new features and site enhancements.
• Support the development of SEO and SEM campaigns by optimising copy and other metadata
• Use Adobe Suite for basic image editing

What you’ll bring to the role:
• Expertise in working with eCommerce and CMS platforms
• An understanding of data related to eCommerce performance, experience using Google Analytics or AdWords will be highly regarded
• Sound analytical and problem-solving skills with a high attention to detail
• Strong commercial understanding of eCommerce and digital environments
• Working knowledge of Adobe Suite
• Basic HTML and copywriting skills are desirable
• Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
