EMAIL MARKETING MANAGER | $80K – $100K | S2M Digital

You will be responsible for driving incremental value to clients and the business by identifying customer retention and acquisition opportunities across the customer life cycle.

What you will be doing:

Managing all email campaigns end-to-end
Managing trigger campaigns to maximise sales
Upgrade email templates using graphics, personalization and advanced features
Create and maintain databases for lead generation purposes
Analyse campaign performance and suggest improvements
Establish a range of automated marketing campaigns
Segmenting audiences and optimising campaigns
Troubleshoot technical issues related to HTML and other aspects of email execution, data segmentation and other marketing automation requirements
What you’ll need to get the job:

2+ years’ Email Marketing/ CRM/ Marketing Automation experience
Proven experience working in a data driven marketing environment
Working knowledge of HTML, CSS and JavaScript development and constraints
Hands-on experience with one or more Email Service Providers / Marketing Automation tools, ideally Exact Target
Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience will be held in high regard
Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
Adobe Photoshop and Creative Suite experience is a plus
