HR Coordinator

We’re currently on the lookout for an energetic and passionate people person with HR administration and coordination experience to join our People and Culture team.

The HR Coordinator works within the People and Culture team organising and coordinating the recruitment, on boarding, learning & development and performance management for the Orchard Sydney and New York teams.

What’s Involved
– Managing the probation process of new employees alongside managers
– Coordinate the performance reviews with managers in line with Orchard’s performance review process
– Develop and implement learning plans from the outcomes of staff performance reviews
– Assist the People & Culture Manager in analysing the findings from exit interviews
– Assist the People & Culture Manager with generalist HR tasks such as updating org charts, job descriptions and management of the company-wide intranet
– Support the People & Culture Manager with the distribution of the bi-annual Employee Opinion Survey, and assist in implementing new initiatives as a result of the findings
– Continuously work to identify opportunities for improvement within the business, reduce cost and/or positively impact the bottom line
– Liaise with the in-house recruitment team, updating them on current roles within Orchard

About You
– 1-2 years’ experience in a HR related role
– Exceptional communication skills
– Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills
– A forward thinking, energetic and proactive individual
– You must have rights to work within Australia
