Junior Campaign Manager

Big Mobile is in the business of mobile advertising, one of the fastest evolving parts of the digital advertising industry. We are building, innovating and selling mobile display, video, audio and native advertising products.

We are now seeking a driven and ambitious Junior Campaign Manager. Someone who is passionate about media and advertising, and a desire to be part of a fast paced and exciting organisation that is growing quickly across Australia, New Zealand and South East Asia.

You will work with a team of 6 campaign managers and work closely with the Head of Ad Operations. The team is split across Sydney (2), New Zealand (1) and Jakarta (3) and services the AU, NZ and SEA markets. You will love processes, be excellent at client service and be responsible for campaign success including patch buying strategies and gross margin management.

Success in the role will require an individual with a “get stuff done” mentality, a natural problem solver, methodical thinker and someone able to understand as situation and drive an outcome.

The Role:

– Responsible for managing operational efforts relating to the trafficking and management of ad campaigns – schedule and monitor campaigns, and resolve campaign discrepancies.
– Schedule mobile advertising campaigns via Appnexus and a range of other third party platforms.
– Prepare campaign performance reports and post-campaign analysis for advertisers on a weekly basis.
– Continually monitor campaign delivery and make performance recommendations.
– Develop good direct working relationships with key account customers.
– Provide active support to account managers in all issues related to the delivery and performance of their campaigns.
– Deliver campaigns and manage margin versus delivery
– Provide continued communication to alert on campaign performance levels.
– Act as a mentor for the Jakarta based Campaign Management team. Ensuring the team is up to date with latest product and training documentation.
– Develop your skills and the competencies of the campaign management team, setting KPI’s, goals etc
– Be an agent of change, there is no room at Big Mobile for those who aren’t

Desired Skills & Experience:

– Tertiary Education in relevant degree.
– Demonstrated proficiency in and expertise in Excel, MS programs, Word.
– Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, diligence and follow-through, and experience prioritizing multiple deadlines.
– Self-starter, goal oriented and ability to work well and at times autonomously in a fast paced environment.
– Exceptional learning and problem solving skills coupled with the ability to communicate these clearly and support business goals.
