We are looking for the next Client Success Manager aka Account Manager to join our team at Splice Marketing – health and medical marketing agency.

As our client success manager, you will contribute to the growth of many health and medical businesses within Australia. You will experience the constant reward of knowing that every day you are indirectly improving people’s lives by helping share the message of health and increasing access to healthcare providers through marketing strategies.

You will be a point of contact that health professionals will turn to, and trust, for marketing advice and the delivery of digital marketing services and results.

What your professional life looks like as a Client Success Manager at Splice Marketing:

Being the main contact and trusted advisor for a number of our small to medium-sized healthcare business clients.
Providing a remarkable client experience across all interactions (phone, face to face, email, chat, regular client meetings and more) from quick response times, quick check-ins with the client about work completed, ensuring work is delivered on time or ahead of time, results that have the client beaming from ear to ear and the occasional conflict resolution handling.
Project managing the deliverables of all tasks that make up a client’s retainer from budgets to deadlines, your workload (such as content publishing and content review) and the tasks you will allocate to our internal team of digital and content specialists.
Staying ahead of the workloads and analysing results throughout the month so that when end of month reports are due, you can present your monthly report full of great results for the client.
Producing high quality, well-researched strategy documents including inbound marketing plans, digital strategies, campaign strategies and more. Strategies that will ensure the services we deliver result in as much ROI or ROAS for each client as possible.
Providing support to the Marketing Director and Marketing Executive where necessary to help with the delivery of tasks or management of project work for their portfolio of clients.
You will absolutely thrive in the role if you:

Are the type of person that can manage multiple priorities while maintaining strict attention to detail from grammar, spelling, accuracy of information and importantly for us working in the healthcare industry, compliance with healthcare industry regulations (don’t worry, we will train you up on the regulations).
Have prior experience in an account manager position and supporting the growth of small to medium sized clients, providing exceptional customer service and a track record in delivering marketing results.
Are commercial minded having an in-depth understanding of how business works, including sales, consultative, problem solving, conflict resolution skills and aligning marketing tactics to achieve and exceed revenue goals?
Love being organised and are the type of person that loves lists and ticking things off, hates leaving tasks half-finished, and maybe a little OCD about ensuring everything is done right.
Have the drive and enthusiasm, the energy and the knowledge, innovative and results focused.
You’ve experienced agency life and know the importance of tracking your time and scheduling of tasks.
You’ve had experience in the health and medical sector however, this isn’t mandatory.
