This position is located at our Head Office in Tullamarine. NVP are deemed an essential service.

The Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic, energetic and self-driven individual who is not afraid to take initiative and can effectively lead the marketing activities for New View Psychology (NVP) in both B2B and B2C audiences.

You will be responsible for supporting the management team with hands-on marketing activities to enhance the performance of the business, and will support the business to execute local & national marketing plans.

Key tasks will include:
• Adopting agreed frameworks ensuring activities are within scope, budget and timeframes in accordance with the overall business plan.
• Driving marketing and communications campaigns internally and externally including our e-newsletter production, website content, media releases and blog writing.
• Generating, scheduling and posting content across our social media platforms to increase follower engagement and digital activity.
• Executing Local Area Marketing (LAM).
• Building key relationships to generate referrals.
• Launching new projects & events – such as GP lunches and developing the collateral.
• Developing branded collateral for B2B and B2C target audiences.
• Working with agency partners, marketing automation and CRM platforms (HubSpot)
• Reporting and monitoring of marketing activities and trends.
• Managing the marketing expenditure and reforecasting in line with agreed budgets to minimise overspend impacts.

About You
Ideally, you will:
• Join the team with a minimum 3 years experience working in a similar marketing role.
• Be passionate about all things marketing and will be equally comfortable working alongside internal and external stakeholders or on your own to deliver on outcomes.
• Enjoy working in a multi-faceted role and be able to perform in a deadline-oriented environment.
• Demonstrate familiarity with social media and design/marketing platforms (Canva, Zoho) along with WordPress.
• Be a self starter with strong organisational, communication and problem-solving skills, along with excellent attention to detail.
• Have an interest in mental health services and the work we do at NVP.
