Marketing Executive

This Marketing Executive role will see you working across music, sport and family content including everything from basketball, esports, Cirque du Soleil and Paw Patrol.

We’re looking for someone hungry for results paired with live entertainment experience to join the marketing team. Reporting into the Head of Marketing, this role will work across all marketing areas, PR to digital to creative!

The Role

As Marketing Executive, your role will be:

– Develop and execute tailored and comprehensive marketing strategies for TEG
Live tours to meet commercial objectives.
– Manage tour marketing budgets.
– Analyse ticket sales trends and apply insights to ensure marketing plan continues to maximise sales.
– Brief and book media and manage delivery of materials as required.
– Manage the delivery of benefits to media and marketing partners (tickets, hospitality, money can’t buy opportunities).
– Oversee the appointment of publicists and the development and implementation of PR strategy, ensuring the seamless integration of publicity and promotional schedules from launch through to show dates.
– Manage relationships with key content providers – seeking direction, assets & approvals as required.
– Creation and distribution of tour/events collateral.
– Preparation and distribution of content on social media channels.

The Person

As Marketing Executive, you will have:
– Minimum of 5 years’ marketing experience
– Live entertainment or events experience
– Relevant degree and/or business qualification
– Strong well-rounded experience managing and executing marketing
campaigns across a variety of channels
– Highly organised and self-motivated with the ability to develop and follow-up on plans
– Have strong negotiation skills
– Commercially-minded with an understanding of business needs and financial performance drivers for TEG Live
– Experience managing budgets effectively
– Ability to multi-task, prioritise, and balance time across multiple events, partner relationships, and internal initiatives on a daily basis
– High attention to detail and professionalism, even whilst working under pressure and delivering against deadlines
– Passion for sport and live entertainment
