Marketing Manager

The initial contract is for a part-time Marketing Manager to build the Sales on Demand brand through primarily digital channels (emarketing, webinars etc.) and with a view to increasing customer acquisition. The opportunity will then extend to packaging a number of eMarketing offerings to our clients to assist in their expansion locally, and providing marketing support for sales and clients (where appropriate) with focus on the Australia & New Zealand markets.

The Marketing Manager will report to the CEO based in Sydney. This role is also responsible for achieving key marketing objectives such as pipeline generation through the execution of quarterly marketing plans. This person should be able to react quickly to sales needs whilst ensuring corporate requirements and guidelines are met. This person should also be very results focused and driven and be able to think outside the box, visualise the opportunity and execute. You will need to have the ability to develop a marketing plan, gain Director agreement and deliver.

The Senior Management Team are very experienced executives in this industry who all get down into the detail to execute. We need someone to compliment this by being able to set high level strategy in line with our goals and then execute and deliver results. The size of this team in the future will depend on execution and the size of the results delivered. This is an opportunity to grow exponentially.

Additional items include:
• Provide marketing campaign support and co-ordination, e.g. execute co-
branding where agreed.
• Support execution for local events, seminars etc. if required
• Support the execution of local communications, for example localisations of global materials.
• Be involved in the development of support material, e.g selling guides, crib sheets, Proposal templates, pitches and pricing documents etc.
• Provide regular status reports and analysis on all related marketing activities and programs.
• Leverage relevant global campaigns and localise to meet company and vendor requirements.
• Own lead management, analysis and reporting.
