Marketing Manager

We are working with a non profit that has undergone significant change and alignment over the past 12 months to ensure the organisation is best positioned to deliver programs and services to meet community needs. Supported by a passionate and driven executive and board you’ll work in a fast paced, changing environment where you will need to have mastered strategic conversation to bring the teams together and working toward the one goal – delivering the new strategic plan.
We have a unique opportunity to lead the marketing team and work collaboratively with the sales teams to implement the strategic marketing plan in partnership with other divisional leaders. Reporting through to the EGM you’ll provide leadership, direction and mentoring to the newly formed teams.

To be successful in this role you’ll be a strong leader with a passion for marketing and an understanding of how sound strategies influence business outcomes. Experience leading a team with a variety of roles, objectives and levels of responsibility is essential as well as experience developing and implementing effective marketing and communications strategies across multiple programs, services and channels.
A strong understanding of contemporary marketing practices and experience working for an organisation undergoing significant growth and change will ensure you are able to navigate the complexities of this role. Your communication skills are of a high standard, as is your ability to analyse, collate and present information and recommendations. Experience in budget management and financial reporting is also a must.
Relevant industry experience and an understanding or alignment to the NFP sector will be highly regarded as will relevant qualifications in business, marketing or related discipline.
