Media Executive – entry role

Media Executive is an entry role where you will support the day-to-day management of client accounts, including liaison between our internal data team and the relevant client media agency. The role involves supporting the creation of insightful presentations relating to our Media Performance services.

Examples of your duties and responsibilities:

– Assist internal team members with the day to day running of their accounts
– Support with the analysis of data and the construction of insightful presentations to your nominated clients to assist in improving their media performance
– Assist with client requests, and ensure deadlines are met
– Understand the analytics of our TV and Digital benchmarking in terms of the processes and the methodologies that underpin all data output
– Actively participate in internal WIP’s and meetings
– Stakeholder management as a point of contact for our client base of Media Agencies, supporting the maintenance of quality relationships
– Work in our collaborative team environment to support other Consultants and team members when required

Skills Required:
– Strong communication & people skills
– Outstanding written and numerical ability with strong attention to detail
– Excellent time management skills to ensure timelines are consistently met
– Able to manage multiple projects at the same time – ability to prioritise and multitask
– The ability to work autonomously and follow through on tasks
– Proficient with MS Office, in particular Excel and PowerPoint
– Strong problem-solving skills and intellectual curiosity
– A genuine team player
– Comfortable working with data and understanding workflows and multiple inputs
– A relevant tertiary degree
– Must be an Australian resident or hold a current, appropriate visa to work in Australia
