About Thrive
Thrive was founded by Managing Director, Leilani Abels, when she was 25, and inspired to create the Starry Starry Night Charity Ball, in support of the Alannah & Madeline Foundation and those impacted by child-related crimes. The charity event raised millions of dollars over its 16 years, and through the connections made, Thrive emerged. That foundational spirit of people and purpose remains at the core of Thrive, our values and how we operate.
Some 21 years later, we are Australasia’s fastest growing independent PR agency. A team of 85+ talented and inspired consultants across five offices in Australia and New Zealand. Our client portfolio is one we are very proud of and includes LEGO, airbnb, ANZ Group, Optus, Spotlight Retail Group, Cisco, GoPro, Sodastream and more.
If you want to make your mark in an agency that will nurture, support and challenge you; that thrives on entrepreneurial spirit; that encourages diversity of thinking; and is invested in people as individuals vs consultants, then we would love to meet you!
