We are looking for a skilled, passionate, well connected and collaborative SAD – in our Sydney office. You are a team player, have a passion for pop culture; a thirst for learning to help you to achieve extraordinary everyday; you are a media hound with a never give up attitude; and you totally get off on flexing those creative muscles..

The Role

Manage a diverse and high profile client portfolio
Manage and develop client relationships
Inspire and manage multidisciplinary teams
Lead channel agnostic communication strategies
Oversee all client media communications for your clients
Media liaison and relationship building
New business development and growth
Drive best-in-class work across strategy, creative, and execution
Daily operational management of client portfolio including: project management; scoping; invoicing; resource management; financial analysis and reporting
Team leadership focusing on mentoring and development, training and line management.
Manage and play a key role in the growth and retention of a broad client portfolio.
An active role in new business lead generation, business development efforts and the conversion of clients.
Devise and oversee the implementation of first class strategies with team members

About You
Tertiary qualified
10+ years full time experience in PR agency &/or part inhouse
Must have intimate knowledge of the industries in which clients operate.
Is exceptionally well connected in media, PR and business circles and continues to build his/her network in the industry, with media (traditional and new), general business colleagues, suppliers, influencers, industry colleagues and others.
Strategically minded, critical thinker, constantly curious and with a solutions focused, positive attitude
Ability to juggle multiple priorities, with a calm demeanour and adaptability to manage the unexpected
Nothing gets past you – exceptional attention to detail
Someone who can roll up their sleeves and get stuff done
