Public Relations Account Coordinator

Reporting to the Account Management Team, the PR Account Coordinator will assist the account management team in the day-to-day running of PEPR’s client accounts. You will also be responsible for the efficiency of the office and ensuring it runs smoothly from an admin point of view.

The main responsibilities of the PR Account Coordinator are:

· Daily media monitoring
· Collation and updating of media lists
· Monthly reporting
· Research
· Creation of visual presentations
· General office administration
· Assistance with event planning and execution
· Social media management for PEPR’s owned channels

To secure this fantastic opportunity, you need to possess the following skills and attributes:

· At least six months PR agency experience (internships included!)

· Strong writing skills including grammar

· Strong verbal communication skills

· A can-do attitude and a willingness to learn and be mentored

· A high level of motivation, energy and drive to achieve

· Ability to manage time efficiently and prioritise tasks

· Attention to detail and genuine desire to work to high standards

· Advanced Microsoft Office skills including Excel and PowerPoint

· A creative flair for visual presentations

· Some experience liaising with the media is desirable, but not essential

· A positive and confident personality!
