Senior Account Director

This established and well-respected independent agency has a permanent opportunity for a Senior Account Director ready to manage their largest account. They are known for their leading work in BTL & experiential but have expanded their remit to include digital (campaigns, platforms) and social/content.

In this role, your strong shopper marketing experience will be just as important as your skills in client relationship building and your ability to lead, motivate and inspire a high energy team. You’ll know how to get the best out of everyone you work with and have the passion and confidence to suggest new ideas to your clients.

This agency is independent, driven and ambitious. They are continuously looking to evolve, and this is your chance to be a part of it.

Knowledge & experience required for this role:
• Confidence leading pitches and providing strong strategic responses
• With a commercially-minded approach, you are happy working to a sales target
• Proven ability to spot opportunities with current clients, enabling organic business growth
• Great team member with a knack for getting the best out of those you mentor
• You have experience managing successful teams and instilling good processes within
