Senior Account Manager / PR & Marketing Manager – working on 1 NFP client | Fantastic creative agency | Amazing charity client

Due to continued agency growth, my client is looking for a positive and motivated individual to join their Sydney team as Senior Account Manager to develop, manage and implement the communications and marketing strategy for one of their key clients in the NFP/charity sector.

To be successful in this role and work within a fast-paced and dynamic industry, applicants require strong communication and people skills, as well as being highly organised with excellent attention to detail. You will also need to be prepared to travel interstate and internationally as required.


Key requirements for this role:

• 5+ years’ experience in the PR, advertising and marketing industry, including a well-developed understanding of the creative, digital, social, print and media platforms.

• A wealth of experience in developing and executing integrated marketing and communication strategies.

• Proactive news and publicity generation that enhances the client’s reputation and awareness.

• Develop and leverage relationships with media and influencers.

• Demonstrated stakeholder management and leadership skills.

• Impeccable attention to detail, ensuring consistently high quality work.

• The ability to work efficiently and meet multiple internal and external deadlines and targets.

• Analytical skills to forecast and identify trends and challenges as well as provide monthly reporting on past and upcoming activity.

• Budget-creation, management skills and proficiency.

• Strong relationship building, presentation and communication skills.

• Work independently, but be part of the awesome agency team!

• Be prepared to think different and challenge yourself to deliver excellent results to our clients.
