Senior Manager, Corporate Partnerships

Purpose of This Position

Reporting to the Head of Corporate Partnerships, this role has responsibility for growing the fundraising strategy and securing partners for the Corporate Partnerships portfolio. The role specifically focuses on acquisition and retention of supporters in order to deliver growth while managing a fundraising team, where applicable.

In this role you will be responsible for:

• Contributing to and developing the Corporate Partnerships fundraising strategy and innovative initiatives for the market and achieving revenue targets set as part of the annual planning process;
• Building a pipeline of high value prospects across the corporate partner and private sectors;
• Actively building and maintaining key relationships and providing stewardship to existing corporate partners and groups to ensure continued fundraising support;
• Building presentations and developing assets to support the creation of multi-year partnerships with the corporate sector
• Acting as a Movember brand ambassador and increasing public awareness of men’s health issues and the work that the Movember Foundation does to support these;
• Working with the Movember Marketing, Communications and Programs teams to support business development and fundraising activities;
• Establishing and articulating key corporate policies as they relate to fundraising activities, including brand policies, fundraising policies, corporate governance, risk management, financial and cash management;

To be successful in this role you must have:
• 5+ years of experience in business and fundraising/ revenue development roles;
• Demonstrative success of securing and managing five and six figure partnerships, ideally in the charitable, cultural or media spaces;
• A proven track record in managing fundraising portfolios with revenue generation accountabilities;
• Adaptable and Flexible;
• Ability to use data to drive decisions;
• Excellent interpersonal skills;
• Has the ability to build and maintain lasting relationships;
• Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of stakeholders;
• Highly developed organizational skills, the ability to prioritise and manage several programs concurrently and meet deadlines;
• Need to be able to coordinate globally to scale relationships with a global team;
• Need to have a passion for changing the face of men’s health;
• Strong problem-solving skills with a high degree of self-motivation and initiative;
• Self-starter/high level of internal motivation;
• Ability to work in a fast paced and growth environment.
