Senior Media Manager

What’s the role?

This is an exciting opportunity for an established player in the Media Agency market to build their experience in-house on a 12 month contract. As Senior Media Manager, Strategic Planner, you will play an integral part in the daily operations of the National Media team at News Corp to develop strategically sound and integrated media solutions for a range of internal clients.

You will be primarily responsible for managing the planning and buying of media campaigns across all channels, ensuring our planning and buying function adds value to the business and delivers on campaign KPIs. You will be instrumental in managing the connection of the overall portfolio of brands.

Who you are

– Ability to construct a strategic and innovative approach to media planning
– A detailed knowledge of the workings of media channels and a strong understanding of media planning and buying across offline, digital and social channels
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team and manage many stakeholders with high accuracy and quality control standards.
– Highly developed numeric and budget management skills with a proven track record of delivering commercial outcomes
– Excellent accuracy and attention to detail, strong written and verbal communication skills
– Ability to build strong relationships, build resilience and work in a fast paced environment
– You have a minimum of 8+ years’ experience in senior media agency role or a similar client role
