Social Media Manager

Brandalism is looking for a Social Media Manager to join our team in Surry Hills.

We’re looking for an extremely driven individual with a strong passion for everything social media
If you consider yourself a creative, solutions-driven, and are just as comfortable thinking creatively as you are analysing results, then this is the role for you.

We’re an energetic and fast-paced agency, which suits problem solvers. In this role you will get to use your experience across many core aspects of social media marketing – from the conception of ideas and the production of content to the amplification plan and the analysis of the project as a whole.

The Social Media Manager will have:
-An in-depth knowledge and understanding of all social media platforms particularly Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter and Instagram
-Extensive experience with paid advertising, including creation, optimisation, and management particularly across Facebook/Instagram and LinkedIn
-Extensive experience in social media strategy, post creation and community management
-The ability to develop content that builds brand awareness, generates traffic and engages our diverse audiences
-Experience in creating and running a social media calendar
-Extensive experience managing campaign analytics and experience using Google -Analytics and social analytics to gather relevant insights.
-The ability to lead and manage monthly client reporting including campaign insights, trends & analytics
-The ability to lead and drive ongoing improvements to digital content processes, including timeframes, work flow.
-Experience acting as key relationship manager either within an agency or client-side.
-Community management, engagement and some more admin-focused aspects of social media marketing will also be part of this role.

You will be able to:
-Work in a fast-paced environment.
-Adapt quickly to a specific brand voice translating that to effective social media content and strategy.
-Demonstrate organisational and time management skills – the ability to manage multiple social communities and projects at once.
-Manage your time across multiple deadlines and clients, and multi-task in a fast-paced environment accordingly
-Complete tasks with high attention to detail
-Demonstrate high levels of written/verbal communication
-Demonstrate a beautiful mix of creative flair and analytical thought
-Bonus points for a sense of humour and having grace under pressure!
