Social Media Manager

As a Social Media Manager, you will take ownership for all social media activity for the agency clients’ brands, including the development and implementation of social campaigns and advertising, community management and content generation. You will ultimately be responsible for the growth and engagement of online communities. A passion for writing and creativity is a must, as well as being well versed in social and digital trends. We are after someone that can understand the difference between the needs of our existing clients’ verticals so that you can optimise your strategy, content and responses accordingly.

Working across both Melbourne and Sydney based clients, you will be a creative and strategic thinker with an aptitude for writing that helps build communities, create content, manage clients and develop accounts. Having a customer-service mindset, you have a solid understanding of SEO and content marketing. Reporting to the CEO & Director of Communications, the Social Media Manager will be a key part of all the agency’s social media campaigns across their clients in a broad range of categories – primarily retail, property, hospitality, pets and home wares – as well as enhancing the agency’s own social media profile.
