The Why

Our client is a national brand talent recruitment specialist for experiential marketing activations, sampling events and in-store demonstrations. They were founded on the belief that talent should be an extension of a brands unique look and tone of voice.

To maximise every consumer and shopper engagement, they partner brands and talent by aligning every brands unique personality & aesthetic to individual ambassador profiles.

In the last year this agency has payrolled over 600 part-time staff and its now time for someone to join the team and focus wholeheartedly on talent recruitment of casual brand ambassadors annually.

The What

As the Talent Booker you are in charge of booking talent on an on-going basis to meet demands

You’ll be finding the best brand ambassadors on the books and matching them with experiential and sampling campaigns for some of the biggest household names.

Manage relationships with Brand Ambassadors, keeping up to date with their availability, qualifications, etc

You will need to manage the end to end recruitment process from taking a brief from the client service team to calling Brand Ambassador to discuss the opportunity and ‘locking them in’

The How

You will be someone who can logically look at the opportunity and pear the opportunity with the right person.

Strong communication skills; attention to detail and highly systematic with processes

Sound organisational skills with effective workload prioritization skills.

Developed ability to use initiative coupled with strong interpersonal skills.
