Talent Manager / Recruiter

The Why

Our client is a national brand talent recruitment specialist for experiential marketing activations, sampling events and in-store demonstrations. They were founded on the belief that talent should be an extension of a brands unique look and tone of voice.

To maximise every consumer and shopper engagement, they partner brands and talent by aligning every brands unique personality & aesthetic to individual ambassador profiles.

In the last year this agency has payrolled over 600 part-time staff and its now time for someone to join the team and focus wholeheartedly on talent recruitment of casual brand ambassadors annually.

The What

As the Talent Manager you are in charge of recruiting talent on an on-going basis to meet demands

You’ll be finding the best brand ambassadors in the industry to work on experiential and sampling campaigns for some of the biggest household names.

Manage relationships with Tafes, Universities and Education providers

You will need to manage the end to end recruitment process from attraction, review, interview and offer

Manage group interview days in Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane. The role will include interstate travel 1 day per week (ie: alternating between Melb and Bris each week for group interviews).

The How

3yrs + experience in recruitment

Strong communication skills; attention to detail and highly systematic with processes

Sound organisational skills with effective workload prioritization skills.

Developed ability to use initiative coupled with strong interpersonal skills.

High level of emotional intelligence paired with empathy.

Flexible Working: Part-time 4 days a week or Full-time
