New Sydney creative agency launches: JimJam
A new advertising agency has launched in Sydney.
Called JimJam Ideas, the agency has been founded by ex-Ogilvy Hong Kong creative director Andrew Crocker, former DDB Sydney creative group head Charlie Cook and marketing strategist Stephen Giderson, who was most recently MD of Mail Plus.
Giderson, who is MD of the agency, said: “We’re a creatively led advertising agency who believes that building the right partnership with clients is everything. Particularly when it comes to creating powerful ideas and marketing solutions.”
“We believe that collaborating with someone who understands and cares about the challengers you face saves a lot of time and money. And because we’re a smaller agency we’re nimble and can adapt to any project quickly and cost effectively.”
Among the agency’s founding clients is the Australian National Maritime Museum.
a ‘creatively led advertising agency’ as opposed to an agency that’s not creatively led???

Good luck to them. Another ‘we’re a smaller agency we’re nimble and can adapt to any project quickly and cost effectively.”
Gee there must be 1000’s of those agencies now.

@time keeper Some are not… Some are production led, or led by analytics or whatever… What’s your point?

Good luck. Whether it’s a great success, or not, it’ll never be a failure – because at least you’ve learnt you’ve had the guts to do it. Not everyone has.

i wish the guys all the best, just saying that an ‘advertising agency’ should inherently be creatively led..it just seems weird calling out that you’re ‘creatively led’ in a press release.
