Best Gift Group appoints digital media agency partner, set to launch campaign

Hospitality experience, marketing and gift company Best Gift Group has appointed Bench Media as its digital media agency partner, with a digital campaign set to launch later this month.

The agency’s remit is to implement a fully integrated approach to Best Gift Group’s media campaigns, from awareness to consideration, and ultimately purchases.

In the lead up to the busy end-of-year retail period including Christmas and Black Friday, the new campaign will set the foundations for the brand’s always-on strategy moving forward.

“Adding such a vibrant and fast-growing company to our roster is exciting. From the outset it was important to ensure the campaign takes a true omnichannel approach – channels operating in silos were not an option to achieve optimal ROI,” said Ben Farnsworth, strategic partnerships partner at Bench Media.

“We will use different channels and ad formats to tell sequential stories to the target audience, aiming for maximum brand recall and ultimately drive sales exponentially.

“Additionally, measurements and tracking are being implemented along the entire customer journey, ensuring data-driven optimisations at all levels to drive ROI holistically rather than focusing on the (sometimes deceiving) bottom of the funnel only.”

The campaign will launch later this month across DOOH, connected TV, social, search and shoppable display in Australia and New Zealand.
