Sasha Firth departs Y&R Sydney as MD while Katie Dally joins as GM
The managing director of Y&R Sydney, Sasha Firth, has departed the agency after two years, Mumbrella can reveal.
As part of a wider change to the WPP company’s management structure, Katie Dally has joined as general manager.
Firth was promoted to the managing director role at Y&R Sydney in 2016 from her previous role as its executive director. She had previously been a managing partner of independent ad agency Happy Soldiers and GM of Iris Sydney.

The changes comes two months after Pete Bosilkovski joined the agency as its Australia and New Zealand CEO. he said in a statement: “The Sydney office is on a journey of considered transformation. I would like to thank Sasha for her stewardship and leadership over the past two years and wish her all the success in her future endeavors.”
He added: “Katie is a creatively led leader who is passionate about enhancing our people first culture, delivering world-class creative solutions and exceptional experiences for our client partners. Katie is an amazing talent and I am delighted to have her on board as part of the new chapter for Y&R Sydney.”
